_ E-Mail Release: I do hereby grant permission to The Keller Pointe to share the email address on record with the record management company retained by The Keller Pointe for informational services for The Keller Pointe only. It also includes persons with special needs living as a single housekeeping unit at the same address. _ Definition of a Family Member: A family constitutes at least one, no more than two, adult head of household and his/her dependents that are 23 years of age or younger in school or living at home. _ Non-Refundable: For those individuals choosing to purchase a summer pass, the pass is non-refundable. _ Valid Dates: For those individuals choosing to purchase a summer pass, dates will only be valid from May 15th through September 15th. _ For those individuals choosing the monthly payment option, a 30-day written notice is required to discontinue the EFT deduction.The$60.00 set up fee is non-refundable. One month dues and a$60.00 service charge will be deducted from the annual pass refund amount at time of refund.
_ 30-day Opt Out Period: All annual pass holders have 30 days from the date of purchase to request an annual pass refund. If a non-resident annual pass holder is transferring their annual pass to a resident of the City of Keller, there is no refund for the price difference. If the individual or family receiving the annual pass is a non-resident of the City of Keller, they will be required to pay the difference between the resident annual pass fee and the non-resident annual pass fee. _ Annual Pass Transfers: Individual or family annual pass holders may transfer pass to another individual or family. For those individuals choosing to purchase an annual pass by paying upfront for one year, the pass is non-refundable.
